Insurance doesn't get smarter, easier, and more fitting overnight – it takes hard work! So over the past few months, we've taken some big steps with our team and our partners. In this blog, we'll give you some behind-the-scenes insights into the latest developments.
Profession-AI helping customers 🤖
One of the biggest improvements? Our customer success team gets an extra boost from AI: freelancers can now find their profession more easily thanks to AI.
In our digital purchasing funnel, customers see the insurance policies available to them based on their freelance occupation. But sometimes people can't find their profession right away. That's why they can now describe their activities to our AI agent, to find out which profession best suits them.
Hundreds of people have already turned to this AI tool for help, with success. Freelancers now get the help they need even faster, and our customer success team has more time for other questions. A win-win situation!
Drone insurance live in record time 🚁
Specific requests from partners? No problem at all. With our pick-and-choose tech and services products can go live in an hour, even if the product is niche!
Sometimes a partner asks for a very specific solution – like developing the tech for drone insurance. Thanks to the modular, pick-and-choose nature of our tech, no request is too crazy. In fact, our solutions are still getting faster by the day!
What used to be a fair bit of work, we can now launch in basically no time. This drone insurance is a great example. After some consultation meetings, we had a clear idea what questions needed to be asked for underwriting. Then it was just a matter of adding these questions, arranging the underwriting logic, choosing the right colors for our partner's branding, and the funnel was ready for the first digital customers. And all that in less than an hour!
Liability terms fit for healthcare workers 👩⚕️👨⚕️
There are only few insurers where freelance healthcare professionals can get the coverages they need. That's why Alicia has updated its businss liability terms and conditions to fit their needs.
Oversight – simply put: when someone handles, borrows or rents items that don't belong to them – is something that many health professions face on a daily basis. But oversight is often not insured, and not always available as extra coverage, especially for this group. However, they definitely do need it...
That is why Alicia's business liability insurance conditions have been adjusted: for (administrative and) healthcare professions, oversight is now automatically covered as well. In addition, BIG-registered professions are now also protected if they cause financial damage. This way we make sure that our insurance policies remain in line with the actual needs and risks of our users!
Logging in made easier ✅
Our customers did not always remember through which partner they were insured with us. Now they don't have to, thanks to the centralised login page.
Ever forgotten where you've taken out which insurance? The more partners and customers we connected, the more often our customer success team spoke to customers who had forgotten through which partner they came to Alicia. Now, that's a thing of the past.
Instead of our team having to look it up for our customers, all customers can now log in through one link. They enter their email address, receive a login link in their inbox, and are immediately sent to the right (partner) environment. There they can arrange everything digitally. That's faster, easier, and a lot more user-friendly for everyone!
